I’m back to school. Literally, since I teach in the school. I quickly realised that eating in the morning is quiet tricky, but sometimes I really have to since the time between the start of work day and lunch is quiet long. And hence, enter my beloved granola.
I already published this recipe on the other platform but there is no harm in reposting something good..
Ingredients :
250 g of oats
120 g of nuts
2 tbs of vegetable oil
4 tbs of honey
50 g of dried honey
a handful of seeds
Instructions :
Carefully mix all the dry ingredients with wet ingredient. Don’t be afraid to use your hands. Bake it at 150°C for 15 minutes, then mix well and bake for 10 minutes on the other side.
